The youth are the architects of our future. The JKNDP’s Youth Policy is designed to empower young individuals by providing them with opportunities in **skill development, employment, entrepreneurship, and sports**. We are committed to creating an environment where every young person can achieve their full potential and contribute to the progress of Jammu & Kashmir.
Skill Development & Employment
We will establish state-of-the-art Skill Development Centers in every district, focusing on modern trades like IT, digital marketing, and renewable energy. A transparent and fast-track recruitment policy for government jobs will be implemented to fill all vacant posts.
Promoting Entrepreneurship
A special start-up fund will be created to provide seed capital and mentorship to young entrepreneurs. We will simplify the process of starting a business and create a single-window clearance system to foster a culture of innovation and self-reliance.
World-Class Sports Infrastructure
We will develop modern sports infrastructure, including stadiums and training academies, at the district level to identify and nurture sporting talent. Our aim is to see athletes from J&K excel on the national and international stage.
Youth in Governance
We will create Youth Advisory Councils at the district and regional levels to ensure that the voices and aspirations of young people are directly integrated into the policy-making process, making them active partners in governance.
