We will equip every government school with smart classroom technology and ensure digital literacy is a core part of the curriculum from an early age, bridging the urban-rural digital divide.
Curriculum Based on Skills and Heritage
Our curriculum will be revised to focus on critical thinking, vocational skills, and problem-solving. It will also integrate the rich history, art, and composite culture of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh to foster a strong regional identity.
Teacher Training & Empowerment
We will invest heavily in continuous professional development for our teachers, ensuring they are equipped with modern pedagogical techniques. We will also work to improve their service conditions and ensure a transparent, merit-based system for recruitment and promotions.
